Traveling with Rebirth Animation

Story
This animation is about rebirth, a deer that loves trouble. Rebirth has a short main series, but this animation is more of an add on that takes place more than a million years in the past a when rebirth is a young deer.
This on has to do with rebirth and a mouse monster. The mouse monster stops by the edge of a cliff and rebirth suddenly appears and notices it. He mocks its size and boast that he can make it to the other side. So he runs jumps and makes it to the other side. The mouse, unimpressed, changes into a dragon monster and flies across. Once he reaches the other side he accidentally knocks rebirth off the cliff.

Animation process
To do this type of animation is done by using three programs, flash, photoshop, and aftereffects. First start in flash.
In flash you need to sketch out the entire scene. Make sure to put all moving parts on separate layers. Draw out anything that changes frame by frame and also tween when needed. Doing all this will provide a base outline for a finer animation. Now export the file as an avi. and then import it to photoshop with covert video frames to layers.
In photoshop go through the layers and find where there is no change in the animation, this is usually the background, or where there is just tweening. Delete those layers to save space. Go back to the first layer and in a more defined style fill in the outline of anything that doesn't change throughout the animation. Once done with that start on the things that do change. To do this, on each frame draw out whatever change the is. Make sure to keep each different object on a different layer. If something complex is being animated, like a person, make each body part on a separate layer. Once all the body parts and animation is draw out, make sure to save. Then merge all the body parts together for each change. Save an edited just in case you need to go back and change anything. Once all has been drawn out, save the finished product.
Go back into flash and import your photoshop file. Make sure you have your outline open also. Only import the layer that have finished drawings. To get your photoshop layers to go with the outline frames, match each of the outline with the correct photoshop drawing and then drag it from the library to the correct position in your workspace. Using your outline, set up every none changing drawing that appear on the first frame. Then set up everything else that appears or changes throughout the frames. Make sure to keep every separate object on an separate layer.
Once everything is set up export that as an avi.
Import that into aftereffects, and once you get all your other scenes, put them all together. Make any video edits and add any sound. Once done make movie into an avi. and make sure to have the audio on.

Curret State
The base of the animation is done, but the are still some scenes that are missing, but it is over 30 seconds. Even though it is still a long way from being perfect.
